Very good at what they do, actually one of the very few that make my coffee how I like it and are polite every time I order to the drive thru 😀
I love to go here before school sometimes, but usually the service is not very good. The drinks and food are good, but the staff will ignore you if you are sitting at the counter, I’ve had to wait 10 minutes many times. I feel like 10 minutes is long to wait to order your food, especially being at a fast food restaurant. They prioritize the drive-through which I understand but they ignore everybody else that needs to take their order.

This Dunkin Donuts location is fast and efficient. The staff were extremely nice. I have not had a coffee with grounds in it yet. Several other locations are not as thorough.
