Completely disorganized. They weren't busy, yet nobody was available to take my order when I arrived. When someone finally answered the audio was poor. They couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. I repeated my order (3) times. But of course, they got it wrong. Confused my order with someone behind me. Burnt my sandwich. Forgot my hash browns. Kept me waiting. Last week I came to get two hot caramel lattes, my absolute favorite drink at Dunkin. I get it all the time at this location.When I ordered last week the taste was not the same. I called the manager when I got to work, and she told me to come back in and get them remade for free. I really appreciated her gesture, and I just stopped by to take her up on her offer. I've been going here for a while now, every weekday morning. Sometimes, the drive thru is busy. Sometimes, it's not. The staff is always friendly. My order is made right most of the time.
