My wife had an encounter with one of the employees who insisted on being rude through the entire order. My wife has a Spanish name and the employee made it a point to consistently mispronounce it and give attitude about it when kindly corrected. The attitude persisted through the order when it was ready, this immature employee loudly repeated the mispronunciation more than once, along with a bunch of sneering eye rolls through it. This Dunkin is trash, the customer service is the WORST, the amount of times I’ve waited 10-15 minutes for food after ordering simple donuts and a wrap is insane
