I was there Tuesday at 1:14PM. I went to one kiosk and ordered from the screen. However, when I went to pay, there was no card machine. So...I went to the opposite kiosk and ordered again. This time I put my card in the machine, and the response was to take the receipt and put the number on the table. There were no number placards and no receipt. Went last night and when we got home not only were we missing one of our burgers but the ones we did receive were not good. The bread on the burgers were hard and the fries were cold and hard. They looked old. Our order went to the trash.
Not sure why but when you order your meal at this location is always wrong. Came though the drive up and ordered Big Mac meal for husband, kids cheeseburger plain with apples and 2 breakfast burritos with mild sauce for my daughter.
No mild sauce was put in bag so I asked at window. I checked the happy meal as I was driving away and there was no fries and the cheeseburger was NOT Plain. Please tell me why is it that hard to pay attention to detail. So with that we had...read full review
