Only McDonald's I ever have an issue with. Just all around bad attitude from management to order takers. I'm about to have even more breakfast choices and when that happens, your possible visits from our family of SIX will be limited to only Sundays.

Seriously need to get it together. Not only did they not close the lid to the coffee it spilled on my husband when they tried to hand it to him. We let it go because it was a mistake. Then I had to ask for another coffee because my hot coffee was super cold. Handed me a new one with the lid open AGAIN. And spilled on me this time. They literally put so much sugar in it I couldnt drink it. Also, didn't get my smoothie because I drove off instead of making a scene. Just noticed all the bad reviews too. Service sucks!

I got food poisoning from the chicken nuggets here 4 days ago and I still have not recovered. Pay attention to the food they serve you here otherwise you’ll end up vomiting for days.

I hate to say I've been coming once a week since the bagels came back but its true. And every time I order my stuff comes out hot and perfect and in a respectable time. I don't think I have personally had a bad order here at all in a VERY long while.Update: dropped to 3 stars as of March 24 the service has dropped significantly and I'm having more issues with my orders ?

We have tried to order the shamrock shake on THREE different occasions, weeks at a time.....and SHOCKER! They NEVER have it available. This location seems to be in a very BUSY location but they always seem to disappoint.

The manager is a nice lady and works hard and tries to accommodate where she can. She gets the 2 stars!! That being said I have stopped coming because either my order has been wrong or takes 30 minutes to get my food or something that's happened with the app. And they don't have it. I'm over it. I wish there was a different restaurant here. That was fast and reliable...because this one is not it!! The last time I got food from this establishment, there was a hair in my French fries.

I gave this place 2 stars, really deserves one or none, but because my filet fish sandwich was fresh with no hard areas where it had been sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be sold. I gave it two stars. However, there was a hair in it! McDonald's isn't that great to begin with, but they are open 24/7. But when you bite into a sandwich and pull a hair out from the middle of it...it ruins the rest of the night. They also need to clean the kitchen floor a little more often.
The apple pie was in an open box and looks like someone took a bite out of it. Very disappointing, now I wonder what else are they doing at this location that is questionable.

Enough is enough. This location has been steadily going down hill for the past couple years. They clearly don’t double check orders to make sure they are correct anymore. Every other order is either made wrong or is missing something from it.The last straw occurred on 2/10/24. I arrived at the restaurant at 10pm and placed a curbside pick up order. App says it will be out within 2-5 minutes. So, after waiting 20 minutes, I check the app for an update and it now just shows my receipt indicating my food was delivered to my car.No one came out. I went in to find out what happened. When I tried to get the attention of an associate, I was met by an extremely rude women who said they were closed and I would have to go through the drive thru and walks away ignoring me (mind you it is 10:20pm and the sign on the door says the lobby closes at 11:00pm). I ask to speak to a Supervisor so I can explain what happened and the Supervisor on duty was just as rude. He also told me the lobby was closed and I would have to go thru the drive thru (which has a line wrapping around the building). I try to explain to him what happened and I just want to get my food. He refuses to help stating the register is already closed. I show him the receipt and advise him it is already paid for so we don’t need the register.He still refused to help unless I left the lobby that was supposed to be open for another 40 minutes and wait in the line for the drive thru.It’s clear that neither the Supervisor or his team care about their customers at all.To top it all off, after going through the drive thru and also confirming our order at the window, they still made it wrong.The supervisor also said my order would be free, except I already paid for it through the app and he didn’t refund me the money. It’s time to start going to either the new Burger King down the road or to the original McDonald’s on HWY 41.

They make you wait an hour for food that you mobile order. Then tell you if you jump on the drive through line it should be shorter and then tell you they can’t help you.. cause they have 3 people… if you are short staffed don’t be open after 9 pm….

This is the worst mcdonalds in Tampa. It says it's open 24 hours but it's not actually. Making me waste time driving here. Next time I come here, I had done a mobile order, paid for it. I show up and he said they don't take mobile orders, only cash. So I waste time driving again. Worst Mcdonalds.
