Orders were made correctly, coffees were spot on, everything was fresh, and the place was immaculately clean. That level of attention is rare, especially for a busy Dunkin’. “I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning before work. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.“

“I never leave reviews but i felt like this was worthy. I come to this dunkin nearly every single day and the afternoon/evening shift workers are the sweetest people in the world. Unfortunately i dont know their names but they are so kind and even if i’m not in the area i will go out of my way to go to this dunkin specifically. They deserve to be recognized!!“

“The staff is always friendly when I come here. Wish I knew the names of the two people that are always working - the guy is always friendly and the African American girl that was there with the braids today - I love her. I could be having the worst day soon as I come through there she ll put a smile on my face. I always go to Dunkin - very often get bad service or a wrong order - never at this one though.“

“EDIT: Officially editing my review from 7 years ago (Will remain at the bottom) where I gave them 1 star. They have really turned this location around. I've been to hundreds of Dunkin locations all over the country including Massachusetts for 15 years where Dunkin Donuts is the life blood. They have all let me down at some point. Whoever took over this location in the last year or so, or the employees they hired.... Bravo. After 30+ times of doing mobile ordering at 6 am they have not once got my order wrong. It's been the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin every time. They tell me every day, by name, to have a nice day. They care about their job and it shows. Corporate needs to step up and utilize that staff as an example to other locations.

(Old 1 Star Review,)Been here 10+ times. Don't know why I go back. Unable to make coffee correctly, sandwiches are cold. I've had to turn around after trying my coffee multiple times to bring it back. Sadly it's not just this Dunkin, they all are just as bad.“

Let me tell you Antoine made me THE BEST iced coffee, and customer service I have ever received at multiple locations. “Had to drive around these buildings at least two or three times just to find this Dunkin' Donuts, which was in one of the buildings. All that you could see is the drive-thru window. As with anything, prices are high a medium drink of iced coffee $7. Don't get me wrong, it was good. The crew forgot my napkins forgot straws forgot condiments. I had to ask for everything.“

“I went to this store after another Dunkin made my drink wrong and they were super accommodating i didn’t have to pay anything extra and i believe it was the manager but she was very willing to swap it out for me and the entire staff was nice and efficient!“

“Quick early am coffee while family slept in. Consistent DD flavor and service. Coffee was hot, that's a big plus for coffee drinkers, which you'd think you shouldn't have to say, but sometimes you do. It was "hot in here"!!“
