Dunkin' Donuts in Clearwater

“My daughter and I travel to Clearwater every summer from Cincinnati. As it's a rare occasion to visit Dunkin back home, we were craving something refreshing and that's exactly what we received visiting this store. Not only was Sean super friendly, his recommendations were exactly what I was looking for in a drink. So good that we went back the next day and got larger sizes. Now when we visit back home, we know what to order. Just hope they can make it as good as Sean did. Thanks Sean! You make the world a better place 😊“

“In contrast to my previous experiences with DoorDash deliveries, this morning’s encounter was exceptional. Upon entering the establishment to collect the order, the delivery person extended assistance by providing me with the order details. Subsequently, he inquired if I desired any water or refreshments, which was unexpected given my previous experiences with other delivery services. I regret not having recorded his name, but he is a tall, bald Caucasian man. I sincerely appreciate his considerate gesture.“

“It's a great place to study if you like studying. Usually pretty empty, so you have a lot of options on where to sit and there are a ton of outlets if you need to charge your devices.

For donuts, they are good, nothing stood out as extremely good or bad.

For coffee... I'd suggest avoiding it. Tastes like diluted coffee beans, and there are just way better options around.“

“The staff is always friendly when I come here. Wish I knew the names of the two people that are always working - the guy is always friendly and the African American girl that was there with the braids today - I love her. I could be having the worst day soon as I come through there she ll put a smile on my face. I always go to Dunkin - very often get bad service or a wrong order - never at this one though.“

“This sounds kind of harsh but I have been going to Dunkin for years all across the United States and there has literally always been a stereotype about the coffee being gross and the service being laughable, because it really is true. This is hands down the best dunkin I have EVER been to. I don’t know who is managing this place but as a fellow coffee shop manager, PROPS TO YOU. The girls here are absolutely WONDERFUL. They are kind, they are attentive, they are efficient, they are well versed in what they are doing, and they are cleaned up and look ready to work. I went here yesterday morning, and this morning. Both days they had lines wrapped around the drive through and STILL managed to take my order properly, make my drink exactly how I wanted it, be kind to me, and ALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. “The amazing red head that works mornings is FANTASTIC. She is always so kind and cheery. I bring my son with special needs through the drive through and she always has something nice to say to him. We only come to this Dunkin in the summer because I have a summer job up here. We will def miss her after this week. She is a blessing to this Dunkin. Props to her and her team.

“Very friendly and helping staff in the heat of morning rush. For this service I am willing to go another 3 miles and skip another Clearwater location. All stores are busy in the morning but only some can handle the traffic with a smile. Thx!“

“Had to drive around these buildings at least two or three times just to find this Dunkin' Donuts, which was in one of the buildings. All that you could see is the drive-thru window. As with anything, prices are high a medium drink of iced coffee $7. Don't get me wrong, it was good. The crew forgot my napkins forgot straws forgot condiments. I had to ask for everything.“

“Walked in & immediately greeted by the staff with a good morning & smile on their faces. Tray goes above & beyond to make sure we are back out the door & headed back to work promptly. Working next door to a Dunkin can cause frequent visits but the staff is great at making sure none of the Audibel staff has to wait for our orders. We love our Dunkin family!“

And this is the first time I’ve been served by a young woman of Hispanic descent; both at the register and at the customer service counter; someone who left me truly satisfied with the way she treated me. She told me she was Cuban; she even prepared my drink herself! On this occasion, I give them the highest rating.
