Good
It's a great place to study if you like studying. Usually pretty empty, so you have a lot of options on where to sit and there are a ton of outlets if you need to charge your devices.
For donuts, they are good, nothing stood out as extremely good or bad.
For coffee... I'd suggest avoiding it. Tastes like diluted coffee beans, and there are just way better options around.
I’ve been going to this dunkin for years, no issues. Hit or miss coffee every now and then. Same thing with the customer service but I know the kinda people they have to deal with so no complaints. Today the app kept crashing on me and it didn’t select the flavorings and stuff i wanted in my coffee. I thought they messed up but it was on my part. Dunkin' is a mixed bag. Some staff members are knowledgeable and friendly, while others may be unaware of menu items or seasonal specials. One employee, Jennifer, is noted for her positive attitude and kind service, especially during the morning shift. The location has delicious donuts and good coffee, although the new tablet ordering system can be inconvenient and sometimes inaccurate. Another employee, Kim, is praised for consistently making great drinks, and Jonah in the drive-through is recognized for her patience and kindness. Despite some service issues reported by customers, the restaurant is generally quick and worth another visit.
