They made me try to pay for a medium drink that was supposed to be free. Whoever runs this store is also going to run away Dunkin’ Donuts customers and the bagel I got was also stale. It was early in the morning so there’s no reason it should be hard and dry the way it was. The older white make (I believe is the manager ) needs to do better as well as Dunkin when it comes to how they run a franchise.

I came into the store ordered munchkins and a small hot coffee. I asked could i use the bathroom while she makes the coffee. I come out there’s no one in the restaurant no one in the drive though and everyone is standing around eating pizza staring at me like they don’t know what I’m waiting for??? So I asked where is the coffee and they were looking at each other like no one knew I was even there or had a coffee smh terrible customer service

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Which unfortunately, is a lot since it’s the closest to my house. Not sure why I keep giving them chances. They are always out of flavors. There’s never any sugar in my iced coffee. Even though I ask for it. I think they’ve gotten my order right once. I just ordered 10 munchkins for my kids and got 9. I’m done lol.
Ordered unsweetened flavored coffee with half & half. I got regular coffee with regular milk! Just awful customer service!

Some of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and a few that have zero clue what is on the menu or seasonal specials, will tell you it doesn't exist even though other staff know exactly what it is, typically this is no longer my go to spot.
