The food was ok I’ve been going to my local Dunkin and they always got my coffee wrong I asked her to repeat my order and huffed and puffed even when she opened the door to cash me out she was rude. ( they need to start repeating the orders at the drive thru so I know my food is right)
Zarianna always makes my coffee just right everywhere else has a hard time making my coffee right for some reason. She is always pleasant and has a smile on her face. Great customer service.

Very unorganized. You have 6+ staff working and no one can get your order right and it took soo long cause they are more focused on drive through!!. It shouldn't cost 10 cents more for tea. So i pay 3.19 for hot water and an additional 10c for a tea bag. Ridiculous!!
