Friendly service just can't make a ice coffee or frozen coffee worth a darn. Staff needs to be retrained on mixtures for specialty drinks. And if you are out of ice coffee say that don't replace it with cold brew instead .
I was intentionally given the wrong coffee. The drive thru attendant mumbled something to herself but I didn’t really process it. Then I realized what she said after it was too late. She acknowledged that she gave my coffee to the car in front of me. She then, knowingly and intentionally, gave me the coffee order of the car in front of me. Probably the worst Dunkin around. I’ve given them so many chances. Super inconsistent. I can expect my order to be low quality or incorrect most of the time. This was what the employee served me. A scorched sandwich. How can you burn someone’s food and think it is acceptable to serve?
