Probably the worst Dunkin around. I’ve given them so many chances. Super inconsistent. I can expect my order to be low quality or incorrect most of the time. This was what the employee served me. A scorched sandwich. How can you burn someone’s food and think it is acceptable to serve?

Friendly service just can't make a ice coffee or frozen coffee worth a darn. Staff needs to be retrained on mixtures for specialty drinks. And if you are out of ice coffee say that don't replace it with cold brew instead .

I was intentionally given the wrong coffee. The drive thru attendant mumbled something to herself but I didn’t really process it. Then I realized what she said after it was too late. She acknowledged that she gave my coffee to the car in front of me. She then, knowingly and intentionally, gave me the coffee order of the car in front of me. Now you have two upset customers instead of one. It’s a hot coffee no cream or sugar - it takes 3 seconds to remake it and give me the correct order.

Avoid this Baskin. They keep the restrooms locked. I had to wash my hands after eating a donut and asked repeatedly if they could unlock the restrooms. The answer was no, because somebody was using it. Finally an employee had to use one and they opened the door and when they got out I asked them to unlock it for me. I guess the employee did not think they could use their excuse any more as it was clear that no one was using it. Terrible service peppered with lies.

The Clerk at window ,I could not understand ,she was very sort in words and I felt rushed. Not curious. She needs customer service training. And my drink was suppose to come with whipped cream and another clerk male ask if I wanted it and I said yes just like the picture. That all acted lazy and like they didn't care. If I could put 0 stars I would. Me an my wife went in to get some ice cream & we liked the flavors that where advertised on their website. Upon entering, the lobby looked run down we didn't know if it was even open. When we approached the counter for the ice cream, which had extremely limited options, & almost nothing left, a Hispanic woman approached us from behind the counter & stated "how can I help you" in a very rude & hostile attitude. We then left.
