They seriously need to replace the grunge guy/girl (not sure) at the drive up window who consistently slams the window in customer faces, doesn't smile, doesn't say thank you, etc.
We went through drive through & there were quite a few of us. Very inexpensive for all of us. We did feel rushed or we would have ordered more. They also forgot 2 of our items so luckily we didn't drive away until we ensured everyone had everything.

I stop here most mornings. On my way to work. One time I had an issue, but the manager remembered me and went out of his way to apologize and asked me about it. That was one of the best customer experience moments I have seen in a business. He remembers his regulars and wants to make everybody happy.
