The limited space inside leads to congestion, with tables obstructing the waiting area. Despite order kiosks, customer service can be slow, and orders may not be promptly communicated. The staff may leave customers waiting without acknowledgment. While the quality of products is praised, the cramped layout and lack of accessibility, especially for wheelchair users, highlight the need for a revamp in both customer service procedures and property design. It is recommended to visit outside of peak morning hours to avoid the chaos.
