I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte did not take one sip and it was not filled up all the way. It’s almost like if I would have ordered a small and paid for a medium. 10 AM this morning was busy, but I think not busy enough for them to have me drive-through to drive-through and drive back later… takes one extra minute to do it right and not have a bad review or a customer have to come back to fix what was wrong.

Went through the drive thru and couldn't even understand the woman taking my order. She hardly spoke English and seemed to have an attitude with me because I couldn't understand her. It's extremely frustrating, put someone in the drive through who is bilingual, like really bilingual ?.

Employees standing around and chatting. No help at front desk. Asked someone for assistance at the front register and they look at you like you are bothering them. Asked for a canned Celsius drink and she pointed at the refrigerator which clearly didn't have any Celsius in there. Horrible store and lazy staff and management.

The food is always good for the price but they seriously need to learn how to make coffee. A standard of 90% cream to coffee ratio is just wrong.

Ordered an everything bagel; dark toasted (their term) and triple cream cheese. I received one untoasted, with a teaspoon of cream cheese. Boston cream donut in bag upside down with no plastic/wax wrapper around it and the large cookie cream coffee which I asked for cream and Splenda came with cream and no sweetener. It is an absolute abomination to pay nearly $11 for a breakfast that is completely wrong after you repeated it and it was read back to you. Side note: they missed the coffee they read back to me altogether! I had to reorder at the window and pay twice and they still got it wrong! I think I just had my last Dunkin' meal.

The food is always good for the price but they seriously need to learn how to make coffee. A standard of 90% cream to coffee ratio is just wrong. I went home and made two cups of black coffee to add to my large coffee they gave me to even out the ratio. I also did not receive all the food I purchased.

My rating is more about the logistical nightmare it is to get in and out of this location. Parking spots compete with the drive-thru line which is always super long during the normal busy morning hours. It’s a million times worse if you’re also competing with the charter school traffic which is at the store’s entry point. The drinks, food and staff are always great. I just recommend going after the 7-9 am rush.

Dunkin was amazing in TN. Since moving here & this location being very close to me I gave it several tries but they can’t make a decent latte. My last time was last week, waited 15 mins in line. I got my hot latte but it was wrong, they put pumpkin spice in it. The staff seemed confused. One kept looking at the cup she was about to use for me like there was a bug in it. She finally makes another one & handed it to me with a dirty lid, with foam coming off the sides of the cup. Took a sip, it was barely warm. It’s was very disappointing. Idk what’s going on with this location but it made me exclusively a Starbucks customer.

The food & drink are excellent. The store property is super small. Barely enough room to move around. The drivethru line passes through the parking area so when there's a line, you can't get out! Inside the store is so small there's only room for 1/2 tables but is in the way of waiting line. They have order kiosks but because of that, they rarely come up front to greet the customer & if you need help plan on waiting a while. They also (depending on who's working) will leave you standing there instead of telling you your order is ready. Dunkin itself is a great company but customer service needs a recourse & the property needs a revamp.Parking: There are only about 8 spaces but the drive through line goes right down the middle so most of the time you are blocked from getting in /outWheelchair accessibility: There's no room for a wheelchair. It's WAY TOO SMALL.
