Subway in Naples

“So this is the first time I was in and out of any Subway lol. I asked for my sandwich the exact same way I've always ordered in the past and not once did he ask to repeat it! I'm so happy it was easy! He was very helpful and the sandwich cane out the exact the way I wanted. I think I found me my new permanent Subway store!“

“This is the cleanest and best subway yet. The lady there makes the best sandwiches and they aren’t stingy, which is why we keep going back. They madeus appreciate subway again bc we have not stepped foot In one for ages due to poor quality and old veggies. I hope you all keep doing what you’re doing!“

“Nice clean Subway restaurant in East Naples. Employees are extremely friendly and nice. I got the veggie patty foot long on wheat with cheese and veggies. Delicious. Have been there numerous times before and always consistently good. Plenty of parking and not usually busy.“

“Service is extremely fast but it seems that their female team member dislikes her job. She walks off a lot and foesnt even give you your drink cup before doing so. In the end the gentlemen has to juggle making sandwhiches and finishing orders.“

“I got take out online to take advantage of the B1G1 footlong deal, order for 11/02 6pm pick up. I walked in at 5:57pm and was immediately acknowledged by the guy working "are you here for the Shelby pickup?" While he was actively working with 2 other customers. I said yes and he was kind enough to tell me it'd just be 3 more minutes. It was so kind to acknowledge me and my premade order while continuing to provide service to the walkin customers. All customers were important to this man. He really has made me want to consider subway as a weekly go to for nights I don't have the time to cook.The girl working was very nice also and was a great side kick.My online order was made to perfection.I decided to add a cookie and the guy was not satisfied with the looks of the cookie (I believe because they looked a little too done) so he gave me two for the price of one which honestly at 6pm with the stack of cookies they had really makes sense because who wants to sell a day old cookie the next day anyways.Bottom line, I think this guy should get a raise because help like this in this industry specifically (hourly wage, no promise of tips), good help is hard to find. I hope the owner relays this appreciation.I will be back to try all the new things Subway has to offer and take full advantage of their great deals during these hard times.“

“So I've been here a few times and whenever I go, there's this kid named Joe and let me tell you, what he does for you is amazing. He takes his job serious. Gave me great customer service. Made my sandwich amazingly. I would definitely recommend going here.Oh and always leave him a tip for the great job he does.“

“Good semi healthy food, fair prices, decent service. Kind of weird that you get a receipt, then you have to pay at the convenience store, which has a pretty big line, from gas payments, food from the food isles, plus what ever else one purchased.“

“Very clean restaurant and I like the selection of new subs that they have. Yes prices have gone up but they’ve gone up everywhere not just subway. The fact that this subway is very clean and the staff was very efficient and even the machine where you get a fountain drink was clean, which you don’t always see at fast food, sub shops.“

“Stopped in for lunch today and as you would expect this subway is busy, they had a nice line however they buzzed threw it fast custom making everyones sub and a couple pizzas. I had the ft long spicey Italian on Italian herbs and cheese.... and wow... this was a great sub. As you can see half of it was already gone before I thought to take a pic and review my experience. You can also see this sub is busting from the seams .... lots and lots of ingredients and sauces..... delicious sub....This sub shop is clean and cool inside with the ceiling fans running it is very comfortable and the folks working are always super friendly and just great they really take care of you and do a great job.... they care and it shows... so thank you very much for the great lunch and I will see you again soon!!!“

“I ordered on doordash for a 12" roast beef sandwich with sliced avocado and I did not get that so I obviously got my refund for the sandwich and I called the place and I said Hey I'm just gonna reorder here it was wrong it's fine I guess but is there any way I could get extra avocado on this half because I paid for a 12" and I only got a 6" with no avocado and the lady that answered the phone I'm assuming her name is Mary Beth she's like oh of course let me just make you that full 12" sandwich again with the avocado and she asked me what kind of cookies I liked and she gave me a raspberry cookie and thinking I was only gonna get one she gave me several so she is probably 1 of the best employees there thank you for your service and kindness!“

“Went there this morning as I needed a party platter. The girl was so efficient and helped me out as she was helping other people. Just AWESOME. She had my platter ready before I expected and it looked Great! Thanks so much will definitely return. Store was very clean, bathrooms also very clean.“

“People leaving bad reviews must not get subway 3-4 times a week like our family. This guy working day shift always does the best. My wife is super picky about her subs. She's a veggie sub but likes fresh veggies and soft fresh bread. This guy never disappoints he pulled out a fresh bag of lettuce for us and my wife's response is priceless. Thanks guys.
