“My son and I went in today around 6 to pick up subs for dinner. The staff was one guy and one girl working behind the counter. The customer before me was a lady and her daughter, I believe. They both went off on the staff for no damn reason. They were yelling and causing all kinds of scenes. It was freaking ridiculous. The staff were courteous and helpful and did not deserve to be talked to like that. The woman was the definition of a “Karen” she kept saying she was calling the manger and other nonsense. If the manager ends of reading this, your staff was great. They did nothing wrong and frankly deserve a raise for handling the situation well.“
“My mom and I stopped in around 11:10/11:15 to grab lunch. There was one worker in charge of all. We didn't catch her name, but what a professional young lady! Not only did she work diligently, but she didn't get overwhelmed when the line grew. She took her time getting orders right, changed her gloves per health regulation, and was in a positive mood. This is the kind of person who does a good job and doesn't expect a note of gratitude. Well here is my note of gratitude and I hope she continues the awesome work.“
“As a multi business owner I can say that Conner has a great work ethic. I showed up right at closing and wasn’t obligated to be served and he didn’t hesitate to take my order. I hope management can see what a great worker they have and hope he is compensated accordingly!“
