McDonald's in Naples

“I had to make a very long 4 hour drive back home to Tampa Bay after my flight got canceled home. I found this place off an exit late at night. At first, I was skeptical because they share a building with Circle K, but when I tell you the food was great! Even late at night, my burger was hot, fries fresh, hot and salted out of the fryer, and coke was crispy. This woke me up and helped power my drive back home. Thank you!“

“Bring late night and going through the drive through window food was very tasty fast and more important hot! Disappoint that they couldn't sell French fries since it was close to closing, they could of drop some in and made my meal 20% better.
Team member staking cash was nice and helpful but had music on his ear pods. So he had to ask for answer or question again“

“I was hangry when I wrote the 1 star originally as I thought the dining room was locked prior to 11pm. I was mistaken! Also the young lady in the drive thru who handed me my order was extremely cute so it was the perfect way to tie up my night.“

“The place is bigger on the inside than you assume at first. The only thing I would suggest better would be to add more of the plastic numbers that indicate which table you are sitting at. There are only a couple that are available when ordering at the kiosk.“

I admit that this McDonald's has completely changed, I love going because there is a person who always takes orders with a smile and kindness it doesn't matter that the costumer treats him badly he always treats people with respect I thought only me and no, he always has patience and that's what fast food restaurants need, I always go to this Mcdonals because I always admire his work, every 2 hours that child leaves that Mcdonals impeccable, cleans the tables, sweeps and mops but he does it with love, one day I asked him his name and he told me that his name was Daniel, this boy has to be taken care of the bosses of this Mcdonals because everyone must be treated with respect as well as he does, he makes this McDonald's grow more with his costumer and makes all people come, He speaks English and Spanish and even if he doesn't speak another language he tries to explain on his phone, He is a man who solves ,the food 10/10 , the fries are hot,the speed they bring the food is a 100%,I sometimes feel sad because sometimes he doesn't serve me, and someone else is no the same,it's because God gave him so much patience and love to share, and we don't realize it. Every day we have to walk like him because our bad days turn into good days. Good job Daniel, And I hope this comment is read by the boss of this McDonald's and everyone, this McDonald's has improved by 100%, this is some pictures!!“

“This location had multipe kiosks for ordering and only 1 cashier. The line inside was very short and we received our breakfast very quickly. Line outside for the drive through was much longer.

Parking: Drive through line could block some of the spots; parking lot was not efficiently designed“

“Marcus was excellent in managing the restaurant tonight. he let us know ahead of time that it would be a small wait due to some operational challenges, but he exceeded our expectations with great hospitality and great food. he deserves recognition for his customer service! will be back again!“
