“I like to do mobile ordering from this location when I have that fast food craving. The mobile puck up order wait time is minimal and the food is almost always perfect to order and fresh. Definitely a go to for a quick junk food run. The cheese burgers are made fresh and always taste good unlike at some places where it is just bland. The nuggets from this location are always crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff that bring out the food are usually really nice also.“
“This McD's is my go to in the morning for a drive through iced carmel coffee and a breakfast bite. The staff members are always pleasant, friendly and provide great customer service. I do the surveys but there is no longer a place to recognize staff. So here I am...Shout out ti Sal, Martha, and Leah from my recent visits! Great job and Thank you for your service. “I wanted to mention the names of three outstanding workers (Kevin, Alyssa, and John) at this particular McDonald's. They provided the best customer service I've experienced, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness throughout my visit. This team was truly exceptional, especially compared to other shifts where the staff aren't as attentive or cheerful. I will definitely be returning in hopes of seeing them all together working again!“
“This MCDONALD’s is THE BEST hands down! They treat EVERYONE so kind. I love that they don’t stare at my roomates and I funny like ALOT of the stores here in Cape Coral ( We are African American). They are ALWAYS kind and treat us normal. It’s been HARD to find that in this area. We love to come to this Mcdonald’s.
Our food is always prepared very well
They are so friendly as well.
They always are respectful even the young teens that work there.
I feel ALL the Mcdonald’s in Cape Coral need to learn from them. Customer service is superb EVERY time we come.
I always like to give accolades when they are due. I can continue on and on about this Mcdonald’s. It’s been tough living in Cape Coral for us three but we come here to feel like we’re back home.“

“I see some negative reviews so felt compelled to leave mine. I go here way more often than I should and have very few issues. A forgotten order of fries can, and will happen, at any drive thru. But I find the staff friendly and the food fresh. If we go to a different McDonalds when traveling , we will joke that it can’t compete with our local one(this location) as we find this location efficient and friendly. I think folks in this area don’t realize what a fast food gem this is. Thanks for being open 24/7 and always being there when I need a late night snack !!“

“Only giving this place a 5 star review because Sheba is an absolute pleasure to see each time we come through. This woman has to be tired as much as we see her, but she’s always in a great mood. She’s personable and pleasantly goofy. That’s our McDonald’s Auntie! I can say with 100% certainty that she’s worth far more than what she’s likely being paid. Give this woman a raise(I mean this literally)! We ALL love her!“
