I was just there and I was trying to get a toy for my kid, and I asked a worker, Amelia, or Malia, something like that, and I was asking her simple questions and she was giving me attitude and told me that she would not go check anything and contradicted her words, and it was just a terrible experience. I ordered a fillet of fish. The bun was not steamed as advertise.
I accidentally paid for someone else's food at the drive through window because we must have accidentally got out of line. When the drive thru worker told the manager, I could hear the manager laugh at me as she dropped a bag of food aggressively. As if she has never made a mistake before and was very angry this happened.
