“The overnight girl should be recognized for her attitude, efficiency, and her smile. Unfortunately McDonalds doesn't have a finger on their pulse. They need to be more aware of potential leaders and not burn them out with corporate greed.“

“One of the better McDonald’s in our town. Shout out Emily. She deserves a raise. Asked for a caramel frappe extra caramel and she gave me the best frappe I have ever had. She was friendly and respectful and my food came out cooked well without mistakes“

“This review is just for Brenda! I wish she worked more nights. I love coming thru the drive thru to someone who is super communicative and sweet! There’s some guy that works at the window at night mumbles and doesn’t give a single care in the world every other night tho.“

“I ordered breakfast, steak egg bagel and mccafe frappe for a friend. Very busy up front but the young lady at counter was very efficient and friendly. Only complaint rather suggestion, kiosks for ordering faster were not working properly. This caused the front counter to be packed with waiting customers. But overall good service here.“

“This place is always clean, the service at the counter and drive through fast and efficient, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the food and coffee hot. This morning the gentleman who took my order at the counter was very nice and attentive. When he brought my small breakfast order out to my table he was exceptionally courteous and genuinely cared that I was well taken care of. I'll definitely continue patronizing this McDonald's location and recommend it highly.“

“Super efficient especially when using a customized mobile order literally made on my phone from the parking lot. Everybody is super friendly and act like they are grateful for your business instead of most locations that act like you are bothering them.“

Parking: Outside parking is always super clean. We enjoy our coffee there.

“I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but I had to give a shoutout to Sophia Ventos at the McDonald’s drive-thru. She was seriously on point! From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with a friendly, upbeat tone that made my whole day better. She was super fast, clear, and professional with the order—no mistakes, no confusion, just smooth and efficient service.
When I got to the window, she was just as friendly in person, smiling, polite, and making sure everything was right before I drove off. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and honestly, it showed. The kind of customer service Sophia delivered is rare these days, and McDonald’s is lucky to have her!
If every drive-thru had a Sophia, the world would be a better place. Thanks again!“

“Good overall experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and organized. I tried the crispy chicken English muffin, which was good, and the caramel frappe with extra caramel was really tasty. Everything came fresh and well prepared. Great spot for a quick and simple meal.“

“Got an order through the Drive-thru. Wanted to adjust order at the first window and the guy there was "bothered" by it. He was friendly enough and polite, but showed that he was unwilling to make the adjustment because he was waiting to get relieved. So, we bypassed our adding of food.The speaker was a little noisy. It had a "vibration" in it. Upon confirmation at first window, our order was correct.The fish sandwich was dry and the half slice of cheese that was on it was half off the sandwich. The tarter sauce was "weak" and a small portion.Second window staff were polite and professional. However, pulling away, we found that our order was not complete. Seems to be an ongoing issue with all fast food places.“

“First off I want the manager of this location too tell all the crew working there amazing job on the sweet tea. I stop here often just to order 2 sweet tea before heading to work or going or coming back from fishing and they follow what they're told to do when it comes to how the tea needs to be made.
Doesn't take rocket science to make it but you'd be surprised how many locations I've been to that countless times I've ended up with unsweetened tea and that was really annoying.
So hopefully the employees who work at this location know you are awesome and hopefully your manager reminds of that simple thing's in life is what matters is what can make an impact on someone's life.

Also save time and use the Mobile app for mcdonald's everyone has a phone nowadays your wait could speed things up by using the app because a lot of you don't know what you want and are too picky and use the app so the rest of us don't have to wait in line while you figure out what you and your kid's want.“

“Victoria and Joseph worked tonight (3/23/26) at 10pm at the drive thru and were very nice and had great attitudes. Perfect Customer Service skills. Something you don't see too much of these days. If they aren't already they should be in Management. I gave them both $50. cash for their great work. I hope Mc Donalds does something nice for them. See you both again I'm sure.“

“Sherline truly turned my day around with her outstanding service! I made a mistake when placing my order and forgot to ask for no onions, but she immediately stepped in to help. Instead of making me feel bad for the oversight, Sherline kindly corrected the order with a smile and made sure everything was perfect.“

“Im editing my previous review since they lost a few stars. This used to be my morning breakfast stop a few times a week. I stopped going here because, eventhough they are supposed to open at 5am, they never are. If I choose to wait, its nearly 10 minutes every time before someone comes on the speaker. It's just poor customer service and I don't have that kind of time, especially on my way to work.“

“I can tell you it was a well-paced good place iron unfortunately ran into a couple employees that weren't very hospitable but I don't want that to take away from my complete experience it was pretty good
