Today this was a long drive through wait...they got the order wrong and the food was just okay. Maybe another day or at another time it is great but it wasn't today. It's McDonald's I'm saying I would try it again later...
Horrendous (non-existent actually) customer service. I ordered counter service via the app. Entered my table number and sat down. When my food wasn't brought, I went to the front counter and noticed an order sitting in the pickup area; it was my order, food getting cold and no drink cup. Nobody at the registers, nobody would respond, or even acknowledge me at the pickup counter. It took 10 minutes to get help. Staff just passed by me but didn't acknowledge me.
