Could we not give medium amount of fries when paying for a large? This isn’t the first time either, now I’m just annoyed esp because I live a good 30mins and this is what i found when I got home…I shouldn’t have to hold up a line to double check the bag to make sure the employee did it properly! Wife ordered our meal like ten minutes ahead of time on the app and then we went to the drive thru to pick up. We got through the drive thru fast since we had ordered ahead but they made us wait another 15 minutes at the 1st curbside pick window with no communication. Looked like they had forgotten about us/our order because they came out to grab the physical receipt they had just given us minutes before. Fast and correct orders.
The app isnt reliable. When we had to go today to pick up our mobile order the app completely charged us for the correct store but the app never sent the order to the store. The app didnt crash but it was definitely not responding to button presses even after refreshing the apps and clearing the cache.
Kara was so nice to relay our situation to the store manager and we were able to get our sandwiches. Thank you Kara for being so friendly and caring.
