The Hispanic male manager named “jimmy” has a mole on his face… he is a total JOKE! Never resolves any issues and is very disrespectful. Also laughed at me along with his staff instead of keeping a professional demeanor. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and had made me take my business elsewhere where if I’m in that area. JIMMY you need to be let go ASAP. You’re bad for business because my public post about you did numbers and quite a few others agreed that your store location was by for the worst and YOU are the worst manager at the colonial location. Que’Kesha is the only manager at this location with some decency and respect!

Every time I go to this McDonald's is late at night the dress is the only thing open yet they're taking their sweet time about taking the orders and getting them started by just leaving the people at speaker for a prolonged period of time before taking their order this is especially aggravating for me who usually places my order ahead of time in the app but I mean what's the point they never have my order ready when I get there and there's an unneeded delay every time because somebody's not doing their job promptly by taking the order so that they can get started if the food is not already prepared which is why almost every night their drive-thru line is backed up all the way around to the front of the store and the lady who seems to be the manager most nights doesn't seem to care enough to dignify my question with a response when asked why myself and others are being delayed by not having their orders taken quickly ( I only need to give them my code and move up to the window why am I sitting there for 3 to 5 minutes before I can even get that done)

I'm really disappointed. I applied for a job there & yes I have worked there before and that time it was not a good time for me or McDonald's. I was going through a lot of physically emotionally things personally with me. I have a disability I'm a resource student . I was born 9 weeks early. At that time when I was working McDonald's I was struggling & got overwhelmed . Yes I should have not walked without giving a two week notice. So I had a interview the other day & the lady said. Oh we can't rehire you back because I walked off the job without giving notice. I'm really sorry I did that. I'm not perfect. They should be understanding with a person with Lamentations. Like me. Or anyone else.

Horrible service.Rude cashiers in drive thru. Requested things off my food and never happens.Management very rude when I went into the store to ask for straws they decided to tell me they busy why didn't I ask for the at drive thru. I assumed the drive thru worker knew to put some in but I guess that would make to much sense.

Food is always sloppy and a mess. By far one of swfl worst locations. Owner is a real Ronald McDonald clown and their managers have terrible attitudes especially the one with the big ole mole on his face.

Let me start by saying this if I could give Zero stars I most definitely would.By far the upmost ghetto, embarrassing, remedial, and unsanitary establishment ever. This is due to the improper presentation of the employees, as well as the language used amongst the staff. Touching of the hair, nose, and mouth area while simultaneously handling food and drinks is beyond me! Not to mention the poor speed of service. This is infuriating along with the fact that all menu options were not available (apple pies) to be exact.Very disappointing!

I was in the passenger seat my girl was driving so I gave my girl a 100$ bill. She gave it to the lady at window then I was given way below correct change the lady then calls another lady to help her out saying oh it’s the correct change I only bought a double quarter pounder meal large! And only got 50$ and some change back, the First Lady that was handed the money disappeared, the girl walked out the store and stole my money while the other (helper) was distracting us! Crazy a Mc Donald’s would do that!

This place will never have their food cook all the way. I always ask for fresh food and my food is either cold or raw still. I am 9m pregnant and no matter what time of day you go, the place is always slow and the workers are all lazy and rude. They don’t ever help their customers or anything. My husband last night caught food poisoning, so people please be careful going to this location

This was the worst experience I’ve had at mcd. All the minors or kids were talking and conversating while everyone else is waiting for their food . I waited 30 minutes at spot 2 and didn’t get my drinks . Horrible service . Not one manager around . My food was cold not even cooked to order as I asked and there was no ice for drinks . It was ridiculous . Customers waiting inside for about 30 minutes and all the employees were doing was talking and laughing and not getting the orders done as it should . Procedures for Uber was done wrong as well. Stickers were placed incorrectly on the Uber bag . Horrible just a disappointment of a fast food restaurant .
