“Let me start by saying Freddy is fantastic. I ordered on the app and when I got through the speaker and past the first window, I was asked to pull forward . I told the young lady I ordered ahead of time and shouldn't have to pull forward. She said we're making your order fresh. Understood. I pulled forward to wait. The same girl brought my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. She was very polite, I have to admit she probably thought I was mad. I wasn't, I just wanted to express to the manager that if I order ahead of time on your app, the whole point is no waiting, I shouldn't need to pull forward and watch 4 cars go by behind me..Then came Freddy to the window, what a gem, one of the nicest guys I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. (It's a tough job, I managed Fast food in the 80's and 90's. If you think it's easy, give it a try.) I told him I just wanted to express my feelings on using the app and then having to wait after others anyway. Was it a huge deal? No, but if the app is set up for you to save time and doesn't work, someone needs to know. He was amazing, I told him to tell the young lady that she handled me perfectly. When I got home I called the store to express my gratitude for how they dealt with me. A+ customer service. I told him I was going to leave a 5 star review for them, so here it is. “I have 2 Fav Mcd's in Venice/North Port area; Really enjoy this location, as well as the staff. The girl with Dark hair, skin and glasses is supa-sweet Everytime, & the night mgr (I believe) tall w dark hair is amazing as well. These ladies deserve more Praise for their continuous Outstanding Customer Service!!!

“A young woman at the counter did a mix up by paid with 100-dollar Bill and she counted my money back wrong. They told me I had to wait till the next day for the manager to come in but instead of waiting for the next day the manager came in that night check the cameras counted the money called me personally told me they found my money..
Not only did I get my money back but she had the employee sincerely apologize for miscounting my money and offered me a free meal which I didn't want to take the apology was more than enough..
But most of all she taught that young employee a lesson in being humble and respectful and how to handle and de-escalate a situation... This woman was amazing and I will eat there any day of the week“
