McDonald's in Venice

“A young woman at the counter did a mix up by paid with 100-dollar Bill and she counted my money back wrong. They told me I had to wait till the next day for the manager to come in but instead of waiting for the next day the manager came in that night check the cameras counted the money called me personally told me they found my money..
Not only did I get my money back but she had the employee sincerely apologize for miscounting my money and offered me a free meal which I didn't want to take the apology was more than enough..

But most of all she taught that young employee a lesson in being humble and respectful and how to handle and de-escalate a situation... This woman was amazing and I will eat there any day of the week“

“Everything was fine this time nobody's perfect so we all need to work together when we go and order things and try not to get so upset with other people who are working what they need to do is just make it right for the customer and that's what they have did for me“

“Needed a restroom stop mid-morning. It was quiet and clean, pleasant employees changing shifts and waited on me with a smile and patience-- I have not ordered breakfast in a McDonalds for years and could not easily figure out prices.
I ordered a bagel sandwich without meat. Bagel was delicious but forgot how artificial American cheese tastes!“

“I have 2 Fav Mcd's in Venice/North Port area; Really enjoy this location, as well as the staff. The girl with Dark hair, skin and glasses is supa-sweet Everytime, & the night mgr (I believe) tall w dark hair is amazing as well. These ladies deserve more Praise for their continuous Outstanding Customer Service!!!
