McDonald's in Saint Petersburg

“I had my meal messed up a couple days ago I called let them know I couldn’t make it back they said they would replace my order I went back and got a replacement meal . Nyree was on the table and personally came out and handed me my food and informed me it was only ketchup and she made the meal herself. I really appreciated the kindness and the effort made by the whole staff the manager on duty precious well was amazing and so kind !! We frequent this McDonald’s often and the staff and the food is always good 😊 and that’s why I’ll keep coming back . Everyone was so kind who was on shift 6/2/26 at 5:30 pm !! Thank you“

“I came to the store at 10 am. I’ve ordered 2 milkshakes , which were very tasty. The atmosphere was very friendly, and the store itself was very clean. I was looking around the place, one of the associates, very nice lady in a gray shirt, asked how can she help me. She showed me the place around and she explained how the self ordering works like. “When I first walked in on 7/25/26, I thought it may would have been another encounter with all the other McDonalds that I have visited. The service was exceptional meaning that I have called five McDonalds. The reason why I have called such multiple McDonald’s is because I was specifically looking for a BTS toy or the series of BT21 which released on July 14th of 2026, I am very much aware that this McDonalds said they had multiple characters and that they will be able to give me the specific one that I was looking for and that was very impressing. My encounter with Heather which I believe who was the manager was very kind and hark working. As I spectated her workings she was smooth and simplistic ad possible making the purchasing process of coming to a McDonalds so much better. “I normally don't like McDonald's but coming to this McDonald's specifically is always a great experience. The employees are always really nice, go out of their way to say hi, how are you doing, have a good day, etc. That alone makes me like coming back. The food is always on point. For some reason the cheeseburgers here taste so much freaking better than anywhere else. They are SO good. Idk what they do differently but yeah. Lol“

Usually, it’s average at best, but when I got my food, it was actually hot fresh and good.

“I have to say that I come here quite frequently late night after work and it’s the same group of guys who take care of me. I believe the manager is on a shift at night like his name is Q. He runs a really good shift and the guys are very friendly and always willing to assist me in any way shape before so huge shout out to that group.“

“The McDonald's app glitched, The manager Angel was SUPER kind. Even though she couldn't explain how the app failed AND the inside was technically closed, she went out of her way to make an exception and got a new order started. Angel's customer service is TOP notch. (Might I add it was 1am and they were SLAMMED!)“
