McDonald's in Palm Harbor

“Always a great experience here! As a mom of two, there are definitely nights when, after a long day of school, activities, and being everyone’s personal Uber driver, I just don’t have the energy to make dinner. 😂

I especially wanted to give a shout-out to Cole, who works the drive-thru. I had surgery on my vocal cords, so my voice can be difficult to hear, and drive-thru speakers can be challenging for me. I usually pull up to the window, and Cole always takes the extra time to lean out and listen so he can hear me properly. He never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable, which I truly appreciate.

My daughter and I saw him last week, and then again on Sunday when my husband was driving and we were sitting in the other seats. 😂 Even then, Cole recognized us and greeted us with that same warm smile.

It’s those little things that stand out. Genuine kindness is worth noticing, especially when someone consistently makes an ordinary interaction feel a little more personal.

Thank you, Cole, for going the extra mile. You’re a wonderful asset to this location, and I hope you know that people notice and appreciate the way you treat them. Keep being the stellar young man you are because you will be an asset to any company that is smart enough to hire stellar employees as yourself !“

“I haven't been to this McDonalds in some time basically because I don't live in that area anymore but I must say it was probably one of my best experiences at a McDonalds ... Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got everything in my order (including the mustard because you were out of the tiny packets) ... he was also extremely polite along with the Manager Brittany ... not to mention the place was very clean ... my only complaint (which is at most McDonalds) is that there is no stock of napkins, ketchup etc and the soda fountains ... why are we taking time away from busy employees to give extra napkins or refill drinks ... poor time management foe employees and customers“
