McDonald's in Clearwater

“You know, there are nights where I have to go into McDonald's or whatever other kind of fast food, and get that food late night. On those nights I generally don't like eating fast food, especially when it's too late in the evening, but I just wanted to say that this particular fast food establishment... This McDonald's right here, on the corner of Belcher and Nursery, this particular McDonald's has, what I can only describe as, a solid staff. There are two employees in particular that stick out. Usually I believe it's Karen who is running the window, but tonight this other solid kid that was running the window, that stood out as well, went by the name of ANGEL. He was personable. I told him I had an issue and he took care of it without any problem and I really appreciated that. He made sure my order was correct as well as fresh and I do so very very much appreciate that. It's because of those little extra details of going above and beyond that will make me come back. I know I'm just one of billion people as you serve on a daily or hourly basis, but be rest assured that repeat business is very important to a restaurant. And to corporate just make sure you're taking care of these people who are taking care of your restaurant at night. 👍🏼“

“This review is based solely on customer service. Every time we go to this particular McDonald's, certain staff members (all women coincidentally) at the drive thru window are very polite and professional to us. We appreciate that. Keep up the good work!“

“I don't often leave glowing reviews for fast food stops, and certainly not for McDonald's, but this location deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the cashier to the manager—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. It was refreshing to see employees who seemed happy to be there, which is rare these days.

The restaurant itself was impressively clean, both inside and out. The dining area was spotless, and even the outside areas were well-maintained and free of trash, creating a very pleasant and presentable atmosphere.

Overall, this has been the best McDonald's experience I've had, and it completely exceeded my expectations. A big shout-out to the team for their hard work and excellent service—keep it up!“

“This McDonald's on McMullen Booth is excellent! The employees are always friendly and they move customers through as quickly as possible. Also...their Frappe machine is almost ALWAYS working, unlike the one on 580 which is down more than it is working 😔“

“Tiffany was an actual ray of light for the brief 32 seconds I interacted with her. Not only did her general air of positivity and kindness make me un-Scrooge myself and donate to that clown house charity but I will absolutely be completing the drive thru survey receipt thing. SHE IS LOVELY.“

“The food is very tasty, I'm not sure about all the rumors I hear with regards to the meat they serve, but I have always loved McDonald's ! They are always clean well-organized and planned out to bring about the best customers service. Speaking of customer service their employees are always respectful and considerate! Keep setting the standards in the restaurant industry McDonald's you are exceptional! The only problem I ever had with McDonald's was ordering a coffee and they had to brew a new pot but still apologized because it was going to take 2 minutes longer and that seemed to weigh heavy on the person taking the order!“

“Come here once a week, and staffs nice foods good, they just forgot my hash brown for the second time this morning. If not that it’s the sauce just check your bag before you leave it’s always on days, I don’t check my bag before i get to work I realize they didn’t give me everything.“
