McDonald's in Clearwater

“My office is near this McDonald's so I come through the drive-thru about three times a month. I could tell there's been a big change in management and/or staff several months back.
The staff is awesome, polite and make you feel welcomed, top notch!“

“You know, there are nights where I have to go into McDonald's or whatever other kind of fast food, and get that food late night. On those nights I generally don't like eating fast food, especially when it's too late in the evening, but I just wanted to say that this particular fast food establishment... This McDonald's right here, on the corner of Belcher and Nursery, this particular McDonald's has, what I can only describe as, a solid staff. There are two employees in particular that stick out. Usually I believe it's Karen who is running the window, but tonight this other solid kid that was running the window, that stood out as well, went by the name of ANGEL. He was personable. I told him I had an issue and he took care of it without any problem and I really appreciated that. He made sure my order was correct as well as fresh and I do so very very much appreciate that. It's because of those little extra details of going above and beyond that will make me come back. I know I'm just one of billion people as you serve on a daily or hourly basis, but be rest assured that repeat business is very important to a restaurant. And to corporate just make sure you're taking care of these people who are taking care of your restaurant at night. 👍🏼“

“I don't often leave glowing reviews for fast food stops, and certainly not for McDonald's, but this location deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the cashier to the manager—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. It was refreshing to see employees who seemed happy to be there, which is rare these days.

The restaurant itself was impressively clean, both inside and out. The dining area was spotless, and even the outside areas were well-maintained and free of trash, creating a very pleasant and presentable atmosphere.

Overall, this has been the best McDonald's experience I've had, and it completely exceeded my expectations. A big shout-out to the team for their hard work and excellent service—keep it up!“

“Big shout out to Shawn (hope I spelled that correctly) I love this McDonald’s only because it’s closest to my house, However I had a great, refreshing experience with a super kind and friendly employee named Shawn who made me want to come back to this location again because of his energy. “I just had one of the most heartfelt human interactions I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Life has been particularly difficult for me lately, and I found a gift card. When I called the 1-888 number to check its balance, I learned it had $10 balance, so I decided to visit the restaurant. I intended to pay with the gift card and cover the rest with another card, but unfortunately, the gift card wasn't working. The sales associate did everything they could to resolve it, then called over a Shift manager or store manager—Jerry or Gerry (please forgive me, I didn’t catch the spelling)—who also tried everything to get the card to work. In that moment, he told me “not to worry about the small stuff in life” and kindly paid for my meal. That gesture brought me to tears in the parking lot, especially as I was dealing with the loss of my job. I am truly grateful to the caring McDonald’s employees for their kindness and generosity. I know this might seem like a small act in the grand scheme of things, but it made an incredible difference to me during a very tough time.“

“I usually stop by for breakfast or a quick snack. This place has been consistent in quality of service and food. Always kind and ready to serve. I swear my last drive thru pickup took less than a minute! Granted I don't get anything complicated but I do love when I get 2 identical McMuffins every time.“

“I don't know who the new girl is but Ciadelia is exceptional polite and her customer skills is too notch. Never seen her before but I'm glad she smus apart of the team. This is my favorite Mickey D's and she made my experience wonderful.“

“Had to wait about ten minutes just to place order. Employees were too concerned with drive thru. Eventually the nicest woman came to take orders in the front. The atmosphere is the reason we dont eat in the dining room anymore. Its bland, uncomfortable just all around not a vibe.“

“Come here once a week, and staffs nice foods good, they just forgot my hash brown for the second time this morning. If not that it’s the sauce just check your bag before you leave it’s always on days, I don’t check my bag before i get to work I realize they didn’t give me everything.“
