Staff member who brought me food was polite and very friendly! Very enjoyed my visit today! Thank you!
It's McDonalds. You know what you are getting. Staff seems often overwhelmed but are friendly and apologetic, it's clearly understaffed, which is not their fault. Seems strangely slightly overpriced compared to some other locations.
I attempted to order from the woman in the purple Roundup for McDonald House shirt, she was on her phone and told me to order from the kiosk. I felt mildly slighted and proceeded to order from the kiosk. Perhaps there should be a kiosk behind the counter to take my order as well. But then a young lady in glasses showed exceptional customer service and was very polite and kind.
