The only complaint would be that I had the option for extra salt for my fries which I selected on the kiosk and didn't receive. Otherwise a pleasant dining experience. The food was fresh made and hot when served and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. I would eat here again.

Then, I'm in the drive thru with NO ONE else around and they send me to park in the parking lot to wait 10 min for my order- of NOT mixed shamrock shakes. Litterally not a single other customer around....

This McDonald’s has an annoying voice that asks you if you will be using the mobile app every time you pull up. If you reply it just ignores you then an actual worker comes on and asks you the same thing. It’s very annoying. I’ve tried to speak to the managers about it because I shop here on the regular and they pretend like it’s something McDonald’s does when I commute daily and usually go to a few McDonald’s each week and none of them do this very annoying thing. I don’t like to talk just to hear myself talk. If they would fix this everybody would be much happier going here.

OK, I'm not a big fan, not for some time. Thought we'd give them a try again. WOW First you either have to order thru their app on your phone or at their kiosk at the store no human interaction (thanks Covid). The remodels have you all boxed up in little cubbies inside, very drab. Second the food. Quarterpounder with cheese. No taste at all, and I couldn't believe the patty was actually medium rare, pink in the middle? The combination of topping is all you tasted. Sorry MickyDs I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Horrible service. Long drive thru wait times for a couple drinks and ice creams only to have my order wrong. I had to ask them to remake a drink because they couldn't care to put ice in it. The staff here seemed to not care in general, minimum wage won't hire quality staff. I regretted choosing McDonald's after all this. Clearwater has no good McDonald's locations it seems like now.

Shortly before 6am & 45 min after the store is supposed to be open there were 3 other cars waiting in the drive thru being ignored. If there's some reason the store is opening late then hang a sign or tell people at the speaker. I waited and watched other people give up and drive away so I pulled up and the two employees inside just pretended I wasn't there despite laying on the horn at the window 6ft from them. Total disrespect to the customers.
