“This McDonald’s is bringing back the old McDonald’s reputation! The food is always hot, fresh, and made the way it’s supposed to be. The wait time is never long, and the customer service is always friendly and professional.
I went to the McDonald’s on Bloomingdale recently, and it was the complete opposite—purely disgusting. That’s why, even though I don’t eat McDonald’s often because I try to make healthier choices, when I do get a craving, this is the only location I go to. They never disappoint. Great food, fast service, and an ideal customer experience every time. Keep up the great work!“
“This morning I needed a specific item from McDonalds. Standard item, but specific circumstance. I phoned a McDonald's near my home, and they refused - twice. I phoned this McDonalds, and without hesitation or question, they approved my request. When I attempted to tip them $10, they refused, asked if I minded if they placed the money in the Ronald McDonald fund, and then in front of me so I could see, they placed the money in the box. Excellent customer service.“
