“Wow. Night and day compared to the McDonald's farther down Highway 60 in Valrico. This location actually seems to care about customer service. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and even when I had to wait in a parking spot, the team was apologetic and professional. The other location could learn a lot from this one. Whatever they're doing here, they're doing it right.“
“We stopped in at 11 PM and pleasantly surprised that the dining room still open. Food was fresh, restaurant was clean, and the manager - Ousmane - what extremely nice and kind. He was very helpful, friendly and made the visit for our whole family a great experience, even though everybody was exhausted and it was late at night. I will pass other McDonald’s to go to this one in the future, the world needs more nice managers like Ousmane!!!“
