“Wow. Night and day compared to the McDonald's farther down Highway 60 in Valrico. This location actually seems to care about customer service. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and even when I had to wait in a parking spot, the team was apologetic and professional. The other location could learn a lot from this one. Whatever they're doing here, they're doing it right.“
“I have to post for this particular McDonald’s because of the employees. I’ve become used to the automation at most fast food places but this one has exceptional staff. Only been here three times in the past 6 months but each time, they’ve been friendly, well spoken, and super helpful which is seems to be rare nowadays. And today’s visit was no different. It is because of the employees that when my kids are having a craving for McDonald’s, I will go out of my way to stop by this one. The service industry can be mentally draining so I truly appreciate their good nature and smiles. Thank you to the staff! If you’re craving McDonald’s, go to this location!!!“
