The employee was amazing it’s just my spicy chicken nuggets when I opened the box I noticed this on one of my nuggets. I have no clue what it is either. At first I thought it was from two nuggets stuck together but that isn’t the case.
I wanted to mention the names of three outstanding workers (Kevin, Alyssa, and John) at this particular McDonald's. They provided the best customer service I've experienced, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness throughout my visit. This team was truly exceptional, especially compared to other shifts where the staff aren't as attentive or cheerful. I will definitely be returning in hopes of seeing them all together working again!
Food came out hit fresh and fast. The cleanliness could be better there qas a touchscree game that was sharttered would be smart to put some caution tape around it.

This McDonald's location is often busy, and slow service remains a common complaint. Customers have noted issues with their orders, including having to mix their own McFlurry and long wait times for smoothies. Recent feedback mentions that there are new staff members who may not be fully trained yet, affecting the usual voice and speed of service, especially at the first window. However, an apology was offered for the slow service.
Despite the service challenges, the food is typically described as clean and consistent with the usual McDonald's quality. The restaurant is noted for being super clean, with no dirt or dust visible. The cuisine is always fresh and hot, and a standout item is the chicken McNuggets, which are acknowledged for being more expensive but can be reheated well even after a few days. Customers have also recommended the double filetofish.
The restaurant is located in a busy area with car exhibitions nearby, reminiscent of 8th street in Miami. The self-order kiosks are efficient and user-friendly. While the staff is friendly and prompt with service, it is suggested that they speak clearly to accommodate all customers, especially seniors. Overall, while the service could use improvement, the food quality, cleanliness, and convenient location keep customers returning.
