Awesome/hot food 👍 twenty characters long
Gave 2 stars because the food was okay and the manager (pink shirt lady) was nice, but the other staff members clearly hate their job and the customers. I've been going there for 8 years and this is one of the only McDonalds that usually gets the order right, but what's been consistent is that the staff seems annoyed at best and often rude. I've been a regular, but I won't be back.
Been eating/ordering here for the past two years. My honest opinion? The staff don’t care. If anything the morning and afternoon crews do a better job than the night staff. It’s normal for somebody to accidentally forget something in an order but it seems like the night staff truly don’t care. And the times I have come in it seems like a loose-leash operation. McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant with a generally positive reputation. The night manager is described as very nice, and the food is often praised as good, hot, fresh, and tasty, especially during the day. However, the quality can be inconsistent, particularly late at night when the food may be soggy, over-sauced, or cold. The lobby is always open, and the restaurant is recommended, though customers may prefer to visit during the day. Recently, some customers have had mixed experiences. While one reviewer had a perfect Big Mac with golden crispy fries, another mentioned issues with the order and a poorly mixed McFlurry. The atmosphere is inviting, with a clean environment and friendly service, making it a place where fast food can be enjoyable and satisfying.
