Ordered at kiosk and they said they would bring it to the table. After 15 minutes we went and checked, it was sitting on the counter. They never brought it. Fries were cold. Poor service.
I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. And when I ordered it I put in there that I wanted light salt on my fries because I wanted fresh fries not fries that have been sitting there. I sat down at my table waiting for my order, and when my order came the fries was so hard I could barely chew them, I took one bite of one and all you heard was a loud crunching noise because they was hard.
