“The food was great, as I ordered. There was no service since I used the food kiosk with their provided access code. There were people waiting in the lobby seemingly with no idea how to order online nor knowing what they want before entering the establishment by wasting time asking ridiculous questions about the menu.“

“Placed an order of 9 large pizza pies, with various toppings, and specific slicing instructions, over the phone, for pick up, on a recent Friday evening during the dinner rush hour.Background noise at the location from where I placed the order made communication difficult.Cathy, at this Little Caesars, Collier Blvd. location was patient with me and remained professional, courteous and thorough as she repeated the order back to me several times to ensure accuracy.When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by the cashier and introduced to Cathy, at my request.She was obviously very busy, but Cathy made herself available for me to express my thanks.I was also pleasantly surprised to receive enough single serving packages of cookies for each child in attendance at the event.“
“I go here a lot these people are good but need to work on understanding English not everyone speaks Spanish,But I give them a 8.5 on Helping the Disabled, Kind hearts go farther then negativityAlso a Plain Pizza is The Same as a Cheese PizzaThis might be something you should tell your employees so when someone says I’ll take a plain and a pepperoni to go they aren’t looking at you and saying we don’t have plain pizza’s just a FYI“
