“Witnessed as one employee very patiently answered indecisive customer. Customer kept asking questions & changing their mind on what they wanted (but was not aggressive about it). Employee answered all their questions, even tho customer repeatedly asked same questions (lol).Food was fresh and ready. Bought breadsticks for my mom (her favorite).“
“I'm going to go ahead and say that Little Caesars isn't much better or worse than any other major Pizza chain, the benefit of being that you don't pay an arm and a leg in order to eat said pizza and you can usually get your order in about 15 minutes from a self service kiosk, which means you don't have to interact with anyone if you're into that sort of thing. To add to that, you also don't have to fight anybody in a major parking lot. There's a small lot with plenty of spaces and very little foot traffic. 10/10 would over the vast majority of the other major chains.“
“Honestly I did not have a good experience here. We came for two hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread. They said 5-7 mins for the pizza. After 25 mins, the pizza was ready but the crazy bread wasn’t. It seemed very chaotic and not enough staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the guy working there named Will was so kind. He was running circles out working the other staff. Even when I was kind of harsh about the wait time, he was very professional and apologetic. You can’t have one good employee doing everything. Five stars for Will, one star for this establishment.“
“Today we ordered pizza for our students and we called ahead yesterday to explain the situation so the staff wouldn't be hit by surprise by the big order. The staff was amazing and made our pizzas fresh and hot for us. They were professional and courteous! I just wanted to ensure I left a wonderful review for such great service!!“
