“So first things first I would like to say I have always been pleased with the server that I always choose to serve me. The service that I give from her is always the same very friendly, overly helpful. Same great smile. But unfortunately, I have come to notice a steadily decline in the restaurant's atmosphere. I don't know where it's coming from, but I've started to notice a lot of people saying that they never have any of the stuff that they want to order. And honestly, the place looks a little bit dirty to me and the Morales down there. Unfortunately, this comes down to one thing, and that's the management.Unfortunately for IHOP, things could be better, but they could also be worse.You gotta start from the top, though, and fix it.Or else you guys are going to end up losing real good help and a lot of good customers.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at IHOP deserves one—specifically because of Jenna.

Jenna was, without exaggeration, the best server I’ve ever had. From the second we sat down, she brought the kind of energy that makes you feel instantly taken care of. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing (which is a rare skill).

Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly, and every recommendation she gave was a hit. She somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked—like she was already three steps ahead the entire time.

But what really stood out was her attitude. Jenna clearly cares about what she does, and it shows. She made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and actually memorable—not just another meal out.

IHOP is lucky to have her. Seriously—give Jenna a raise. She’s a rockstar.“
