“I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“We recently hosted a 100-person event at Waxin’s and could not have been more impressed! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The family-style food service was absolutely out of this world — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The bartenders and servers were exceptional all night long. Not only did everyone love their drinks, but the staff also went around serving hot shots for guests to try, which added such a fun touch to the evening. The welcome champagne upon arrival was another thoughtful detail that made the event feel extra special.
The DJ did an amazing job playing music that fit every age group and vibe within our party, keeping the energy up all night long.

“Waa Hoo Port 32 is a hidden oasis. A real treat here in Naples. Also offers gorgeous pool, hot tub, steam etc. . Perfect place to go after boating for the day. Atmosphere is casual elegant. Food and service is excellent. We do prefer the afternoon menu to evening menu. Servers ( food and bar) exceptional. Always with a smile. We have brought several friends different times to enjoy food , ambiance and music. Minor complaint tho., we went last evening with two other couples. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and fried pickles and onion rings ( our favorite) told the menu changed at 5 pm. They still offered the peel and eat shrimp which is outstanding. We have always gone late afternoon with the afternoon menu. Last night when we arrived were told the menu changed at 5 pm. Definitely not as appealing as the afternoon menu. The pool area is very casual and the afternoon menu should be available all day. All in all, it has become one of our favorite places here in Naples. Food, service and prices are excellent!“

“We had an amazing open menu dinner right on the beach, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The setting was absolutely perfect—feet in the sand, ocean breeze, and a beautiful sunset as the backdrop. You really can’t beat that kind of atmosphere.

The menu was broad and everything we ordered was spot on. The seafood was super fresh—especially the grouper and shrimp, both cooked just right and full of flavor. We also had a filet that was perfectly seared and super tender. Sides were flavorful, and the portions were generous without being over the top.

Drinks were a hit too—tropical cocktails that actually tasted balanced (not just sugary), and a solid wine list to go with the meal. Dessert didn’t disappoint either—key lime pie and chocolate cake that were both worth saving room for.

Service was great: attentive, friendly, and relaxed, which matched the whole beachside vibe. It felt special but still comfortable. If you’re looking for a memorable dinner experience at Marco Island, dining on the beach through Hammock Bay Grill is 100% worth it“

“We enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving dinner at The Aura. My husband and nephew loved the prime rib. While my niece and I had the traditional Thanksgiving meal. We all raved about the salads. The turkey and pine rib were cooked to perfection. There were 4 courses and we enjoyed each of them. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“Owning a restaurant is one of the most difficult jobs imaginable and most people have not one iota just how much work is required. It's not just about serving exceptional food. Everything else has to fall in place right behind it. The service. The atmosphere. The cleanliness. The prices. The marketing. The branding. I tell you from personal experience in the restaurant biz, that it is no easy gig. Its like having to climb Mt Everest on a nightly basis. Because even if you do have all the aforementioned items in place, you now need to worry about bringing in the customers. Its such a hard day's work but I can honestly say that AQUA in North Naples is one of the few establishments that checks off all the boxes. It's consistent, high quality cuisine in a beautiful atmosphere with exceptional service all of which is orchestrated by its owner Mario Nedelkoski. This guy wears his heart on his sleeve in the best possible way. He's super friendly, accommodating and sincere. Just a genuine person with the perfect personality to captain AQUA's ship. And that he does... you can't miss the man. He's always in action. Talking to customers, helping his employees, treating everyone with respect and dignity. Its actually a rare (and very special) thing to see. He's also opened up a VERY cool lounge adjacent to the restaurant that is stunning, sleek and very cool. Definitely a great place for an after dinner cocktail. If you haven't been yet, AQUA in North Naples is a must go for a fun night out.“

“We initially were uncertain where Ria was on the property, and a very kind Ritz Worker escorted us to the Hostess stand. We each had a Margarita ($22 ) which was fantastic, and very refreshing!
