We sat at the bar and had Massimilano recommend a wonderful appetizer. He told us where he was from since we just got back from Italy!! The service and food was excellent I would recommend. Very friendly place.

Based on the reviews, Caffé Milano Naples offers an excellent experience with absolutely delicious food, fresh ingredients, and authentic Italian flavors. The pasta is perfectly cooked with generous portions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a date night or a family dinner. The service is outstanding, friendly, and attentive. The general manager is wonderful and welcoming, even carrying a large cake from a car. The server Carmine is wonderful, friendly, attentive, and pays attention to every detail. For a party of 16 celebrating a wedding, they accommodated everyone and provided limoncello shots. The hospitality and quality are highly recommended, and guests will definitely be back.
