“This is a pretty good place for a hotel bar and restaurant. However, they are missing a couple of things. First, the drinks are overpriced by $2-$3 each (at least). $19 for an Old fashioned at a hotel bar (and another dollar for an ice ball)? The best food here is the pizza (two topping for $16) which is cheaper than one drink. This is made up by darn good service. Not exceptional, but darn good. A couple of the bartenders make great drinks and are very good. Wait staff above average but nothing you’re going to brag about. No great or normal appetizers. No chips. No nachos. Cheese sticks for $18. Wings, board, or some other stuff that doesn’t make sense for a hotel bar. Missing some basics and high $ for what you get. However, there is no where else to go without taking an U er or car ride. So you are trapped for the prices and what they have.“

“This place is the perfect casual relaxed Tikki bar. The guacamole is to DIE for !!!! I ordered it on the suggestion of Kat the barlass, whose service was absolutely incredible !! I followed the fresh made guacamole with the grilled ribeye and it was a perfect blend of flame kissed savorieness and a very slight scald flavor to give it some earthiness. The prices are reasonable the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. This place is worth driving out of your way for. You will NOT be disappointed!!!“

None of us were very tech savvy, so we had some difficulty with the app. Dylan could not have been more patient, and helped us get through the entire process. The food was delicious! “Today we had a large group visit Stones Throw for the first time. We had local friends that have not been here before. The ambiance, staff, and food well exceeded anything in the area. As a steakhouse the NY Strip was amazing. The appetizer of Birrata cheese was again amazing. We had a special occasion and they brought out an exceptional key lime pie with writing on the plate out of syrup. The service from the time walking in the door was exceptional. Our waiter (Brandon) met us at the door and seated us. We had a large group and Brandon was thorough, explained any questions, and added a flair to being a waiter that I have not seen. He was professional, fun and accommodating. I highly recommend. The garlic mashed potatoes! Our group had scallops with the jam that were perfectly cooked. All of the adult drinks were made and served with excellence. Thank you Brandon for making our night that much more special. Please visit and ask for Brandon, the laughs, comedy, and professionalism that he balances is top tier. Even if you are farther than a Stones Throw away, you better visit this gem.“
