I had the whole branzino (not pictured BC the photo was too blurry) it came with the Greek salad. We shared the wild mushrooms and the roasted Brussel sprouts. They also have a fabulous selfie mirror in the ladies room 😍 Our waitress Alexandra was amazing and even brought us a free dessert to celebrate 🥳“

“Had a great experience at Bridges Restaurant at Embassy Suites. I ordered the catch of the day (grouper), and it was fresh and cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were just as impressive—done exactly right. Finished the meal with their take on a key lime pie, which was delicious.

Kyle our waiter was great! Spot on with his recommendation. Friendly and attentive! We had a pitcher of mojito (made tableside) delish. 1905 salad is a must. We ordered the Lomo Salteado, Jesse Gonzalez, and the Pollo Machengo all great meals! We wrapped up with dessert and we ordered I think we all but one dessert the Guava turnover was my FAV!

“Visited Forked at Waterside twice this week. The first experience was for lunch. I choose the Polo Club and started my lunch with a Bloody Mary at the bar. Very attentive bartender as our server. The waffle fries were great as well. Several days later went with another group of friends for breakfast and again had great service. You will love their rather extensive menu ! “I recently dined here for my mom's 60th birthday. We made the reservation for our large party (14 ppl) the night before and due to the restaurant's restrictions with the maximum number of people allowed per reservation, we had to make three different ones. My family and I were visiting from out of town, so this spot was found on a whim. There were two ladies managing the front of house, of which Maria went above and beyond to make sure both tables were at a close proximity, and she did this with a pleasant and professional attitude, instead of folding under pressure she proactively found a solution, often checking in on us and making sure we were alright (Can't say the same for her colleague, unfortunately). The servers were very warm ( comped my mom's birthday drink since we opted for no dessert) and the seafood was fresh! The cocktails were also delish and refreshing. The place itself is beautiful. “Don’t go solo. I was seated in a corner used for extra chair storage away from the main part of Restaraunt. No one else at 2 tables. Plenty of empty tables in main part. Made me feel like I had BO oh well. Plenty of other places where they let you sit with everybody else.“
