First time customers and we will definitely be back soon. Wonderful service and the food was absolutely delicious. Very creative and all made from scratch.
I attended a group lunch at Kolucan last week - and usually when you think "group lunch" you think boring. The meal options were anything but boring - they were delicious. And with a big group, the food came out piping hot and still plated beautifully! Nice work Kolucan! I will be back and plan to bring lots of new friends!

Based on the reviews, Kolucan Mexican Bar & Grill is an upscale Mexican restaurant located in Gulfgate with easy access and plenty of parking, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is fantastic, fresh, properly made in house, and of the highest quality. Specific meals mentioned include the Truffle risotto, which is amazing, and the scallops, which are among the best in the area. The Chicharron is packed with flavor, and the guacamole is obviously made from scratch. The Spanish rice is the most delicious, and the chicken enchiladas are perfectly gooey. The cocktails are excellent, out of this world, and the drinks and wine menu is fantastic. The service is friendly, excellent, and attentive at times, but some reviews noted very slow service and confusion about salsa. The atmosphere is great, comfortable but cool, though some felt it could be upgraded. The food is a little on the pricey side but is creative and well worth the expense.
