“Incredible food, drinks and service at Veronica's Fish and Oyster Bar last night for our Anniversary 💍🍾🥂 Highly recommend! We shared the octopus appetizer. My hubby had the skirt steak. I had the whole branzino (not pictured BC the photo was too blurry) it came with the Greek salad. We shared the wild mushrooms and the roasted Brussel sprouts. They also have a fabulous selfie mirror in the ladies room 😍 Our waitress Alexandra was amazing and even brought us a free dessert to celebrate 🥳“

The seating was extremely comfortable, the decor is lush and food was to die for. I had the prime rib sandwich and laughed after the first bite because it was just so good.“

“We just happened upon El Ceviche and with knowledge that ceviche was invented in Peru and I hadn't had it in a long time, we ventured in with no recommendation from anyone. What a find! Best shrimp ceviche ever! My husband ordered a beef dish, Lomo Saltado and said it was delicious. Peruvian corn was a real treat. This is on my Best Of list! Go. Eat. Enjoy.“

“We were able to get seats at the bar. We enjoyed ourselves. The bartender Jen was great. It was busy and she was on her toes as she was the only bartender but made sure everyone was taken care of. The expeditor was impressive. His name was Brody. It was great to see a young man being so attentive to what he was doing and making sure that the staff knew what was going on. Our food was delicious.“

“Our favorite place! We go a few times a month for NE steamers, and occasionally a few other items! Today we both had NE steamers, I had a bowl of Manhattan clam chowder and my boyfriend had whole belly fried clam plate. The chowder was delicious. I have had Manhattan chowder a few other places but this was chuck full of clams and ingredients! Our server told me they make all chowder and soups homemade. Next time I’ll try NE chowder, only reason I didn’t was because I can’t have flour and most have that in it My boyfriend also loved his clams and we both always love the steamers. They have a fish market also so you can get something to take home and cook for the next evening! We always sit at the bar. All servers are friendly and polite. We have been there tons of times and always had excellent service and fabulous food! Prices are very reasonable and we highly recommend Captain Brian’s! They are closed on Sundays . Love love this gem of a place!!“

“Last night we celebrated our 27th anniversary. Cannot believe it's been 27 years! We dined Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House - Lakewood Ranch, FL I cannot say enough about Deep Lagoon. Even we arrived we had a reservation and I asked for a game near the window, but there was a small wait, like 10 or 15 minutes. No big deal, we waited patiently as I figured they needed to set up a table or wait for diners to leave. Once we were seated we ordered drinks and an appetizer. The manager brought us Crab Rangoon appetizer on the house because of the wait. We were surprised and assured her we weren't upset at all about the wait. We had a lovely meal, calamari was fantastic, the scallops and swordfish were outstanding. We Donaghy with mandarin orange creme brulee which they gave us on the house as well. Our server Josh was knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant. Prices are good as well. We will definitely be back!“

“So delicious, everything is home made. It is a small intimate restaurant and the owners/chefs are so welcoming. The pasta is so delicious and the focaccia bread to the mussels appetizer to the lamb sauce over fettuccine was perfectly cooked and seasoned. “We visited Bella Vida Italian Kitchen (501 N. Geneva Rd., Sarasota, FL 34232 – 941-365-5555) and were absolutely blown away. The pasta carbonara came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint in fact, it was the best carbonara we’ve ever had, even compared to dishes we’ve enjoyed while traveling in Italy. The osso bucco was incredible as well, with portions so generous that they happily boxed up the leftovers for us. For dessert, the cannoli was truly to die for, and the coffee was perfection. Every single part of the meal exceeded our expectations.We were so impressed that we’ve decided to use this restaurant to cater our wedding. Rocco, the owner, sat with us and personally greeted us, along with the wonderful servers. The whole place has an authentic, welcoming family vibe, and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. The restaurant is spotless honestly the cleanest restaurant in Sarasota and even the bathrooms are immaculate. Everything about Bella Vida was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced in Sarasota. “Tommy Bahama’s at St. Armand’s Circle is simply amazing. Ally was our server and she was amazing: Attentive, charming, absolutely pleasant! We ordered the skillet biscuits as an appetizer and wow delicious! As our entrees, we got a Caesar salad with filet and a mango chicken salad, both were absolutely delicious! This is definitely the best spot to eat at Saint Armand Circle. The balcony and the view are amazing. The atmosphere is breezy, friendly, and posh. Highly recommend coming to Tommy Bahamas and asking for Ally! You will not be disappointed!“

“The food and service did not disappoint. My wife had the mahi tuna salad. It was excellent and crunchy as described on the menu I had scallops. They were perfectly cooked and very tender. Service was very good. Everything arrived timely hot, and the waiter did not hover have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and this is one of the better onesnot exceptionally expensive and in a mall but quite good food and service and I highly recommend.“
