I worked at 131 Main for approximately nine months, which gave me ample time to observe how the business is truly run. Unfortunately, my experience was profoundly disappointing and deeply concerning. The management culture is unprofessional, dismissive, and harmful. During my time there, I repeatedly observed managers making inappropriate and demeaning remarks about guests, while internally treating customers as nothing more than revenue figures rather than people deserving respect.
