“After a day on the water, we stopped at Nervous Nellie’s with our party of 17. We were promptly greeted and seated right away. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I hate that I can’t recall our servers names (two dark haired ladies), but they were EXCELLENT. We never had to ask for a thing. They were on top of it the entire time. My partner and I miscommunicated the tip amount and as soon as we figured out our mistake, we went straight back to the restaurant to fix it. Our drinks, appetizers and food came out quickly and everyone (all 17 people) really enjoyed their meals. The live music was a plus! If we are ever back in town, we will most definitely visit Nervous Nellie’s again.“

“It was a delightful experience that started with friendly valet parking. Both valets were polite, quick and truly made an effort. By chance, we were able to skip the wait and went straight from our car to our table situated in the center of the dining room. All around us were beautiful views of the bay. The vibe was cheerful, yet relaxing. The service was amazing. Kim was so sweet and fun. Her service was top notch. If you’re lucky enough to have her serve you, you will love her!! On top all of that the food was spectacular!! We had the crab cake appetizer and that was so light but yet so flavorful. The menu had many options but not so many that it’s overwhelming. Entrees were delicious. From presentation to the last bite, it was well prepared meal. You have to try the pineapple upside down cake ala mode. The perfect finish to our meal. We will be back!!!“

“I was there with 3 friends on 9/10/22. One of the best meals ever! Our server, Antonio, was wonderful. He took great care of us, made us laugh, and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful setting with the best view of the beach. Wish I could eat there every night, and have Antonio serve us. Grade A“

“Front of house was wonderful and super friendly. I loved Jess. I will say, kitchen needs some quality control. Food was sent out with no sauces and celery had been frozen in parts of it. It’s so simple to look at stuff before you send it to the table and goes so far for an experience.“

“Newly relocated to the marina from the beach, Junkanoo has a laid back vibe and plenty of sunshine. The staff are helpful in moving umbrellas and fans in case there's too much sunshine! Dog-friendly. They even have water bowls for your furry friends. Make sure you take your picture in the big chair! And take note of the line on the wall behind the bar. That's how high the water came during Hurricane Ian. When you dine here, you're supporting the comeback of a FMB staple that was obliterated by Hurricane Ian. The food is delicious, too!“

“Stopped in quick with my wife just to get a drink and a few apps.
The restaurant is on the second level overlooking the water and boats.
First off, the service was phenomenal. The host was easy going, took us outside but that was a bit cold with the rain. No issue, moved us inside.
Our server was great. He was attentive but not pushy or overbearing.
We ordered the Octopus and Crab Cakes appetizers. Honestly, the octopus itself had no flavor. I've never had octopus before so not sure there, but the scampi sauce was very good.
The crab cakes were also very good and a good size too.

Overall, I would definitely go back.“

Our experience at Bongo's Beach Bar & Grill was a great one. Definitely plan on going back in the future. Awesome location for live music. The wings were probably some of the best wings that we have found here in SWFL. The Beverage Manager, Toby, was a delight to talk to. He checked in on us a couple of times, and we talked music with him. Toby made it a personal experience rather than all business. That's exactly what we appreciate when it comes to taking care of customers.“
