If you want shrimp sold by the pound dockside, this is the place to go to. The sales lady that helped us told us that the shrimp boats go out a month at a time, and they immediately freeze the catch onboard. Since I've previously purchased shrimp from a dock before, deheading and cleaning them wasn't a problem. You can buy a 5-pound bag (frozen) in several sizes or by the pound.
