On vacation and this place came highly recommended.
There was a bit of a wait (Sat night) but worth it. I had the crab cakes that came with a butter keylime sauce. A+

Food was great! Service was friendly
We love Doc Ford’s, but our last visit was not my favorite… we were upcharged for the fish sandwich and the house wine w/o being asked. We were also seated outside on a chilly day, when we specifically requested indoors. We know it’s a busy time of year with Spring Break, but please be honest and straightforward with your customers, DocFords.

The place is known for consistently great food and mixed drinks, making it a safe choice for good eats and drinks. Guests appreciate the nice view of the harbor, and it can be busy, even on Sundays, with people waiting for seats. The staff, including servers Theresa and Laura, are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, adding to the exceptional atmosphere. The restaurant sometimes features live music, creating a great vibe, and making it a place that encourages guests to dine out more often, even if only visiting the area.
