“My husband and I came in for a fresh seafood dinner and this restaurant did not disappoint. Our waiter, Justin, was incredible from start to finish. His extensive knowledge of the menu offerings coupled with his exuberance had us smiling and laughing like we were speaking with an old friend. We decided to create our own tasting of sorts from the fine selections of fresh seafood. Our meal included the NOLA Oysters which were baked and served with seasoned butter, the crab cake appetizer which was serving of lump crab held together by a crispy sear and no filler, as well as the chilled seafood tower. Every bite from start to finish was delectable. We had crab, lobster, tuna tartar, shrimp and oysters. Each bite was more spectacular than the previous as we sampled each offering. We have already decided the next time we are in town that this restaurant will be a must! 5 Stars out of 5!!“

Additionally they have a bottomless Mimosa, and the swordfish BLT was large enough for my husband and I to share, knowing we were going to order the homemade donuts for dessert. “Was craving fish tacos on our vacation and came upon this place while searching online for seafood. I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was! The food was PHENOMENAL! The freshness, quantity, presentation, and service was all 11/10! Fun, upbeat Hispanic music playing and a cute little dining area to sit and eat. Will definitely go out of our way to re-visit next time we are in Florida!

Their authentic gumbo and creole jambalaya will warm your heart. If you happen to want an even warmer heart, you can up the heat with the ghost pepper version. You will encounter some great cooks and some attentive servers who will make your visits habit-forming!“

“While vacationing in Fort Myers, FL, my wife and I stopped at Pinchers near Fort Myers Beach. The service was excellent and our server (Wendy) was THE best! My wife had the Fish & Chips and said the fresh fish was great. I had a sauteed soft crab which was good (soft crabs are particularly challenging). the hand cut fries were excellent, and the cole slaw was very good. I would definitely eat there again if I'm in the area.“

“We just had the most amazing meal at your location. We’ve always loved Pinchers, but had never been to the Gulf Coast Town Centre location. We had such friendly upbeat service from Jacob and we thoroughly loved our crabcakes and grouper dishes and love the decor too. It’s so festive. Will be back again when we visit from Canada. “Best seafood boil in town. The first thing I noticed walking in, no fishy smell. To me, that means the seafood is fresh. I got the T4 on the combos menu...lobster tail, head off shrimp, and snow crab, potatoes and corn. Went with the combo butter- all 3 option mix of Cajun, Garlic, Lemon and medium heat. Portions are great for the price, large shrimp and nice size lobster tail THAT WERE split and CLEANED. Truly delicious. The lobster was the most tender and juicy version I have ever had. I would eat here every week if I could. At our table we also had 3 apps, all delish as well- potstickers, chicken wings, and crab rangoon, which was real crab and best we had had. The gumbo was also tasty and full of meat and seafood, slightly undersalted but that was an easy fix. Great service as well. We will be back often!“

The salad was very fresh and a good size portion. The NY Strip steak was cooked to perfection. My steak had quite a bit of fat, but no so for my wife. But the flavor was great.

“I ordered a variety of different pupusas the best were the zucchini and cheese and the bean and cheese. The chicken and cheese didn't have much if any chicken but they were still tasty. There aren't any fountain drinks not even water. You have to buy can or bottle beverages here that are pretty marked up in price. Overall decent food“

“A hidden gem!! We had heard good things about Sweet Melissa’s and decided to give it a try. We had a large group for Happy Hour and boy did we make a good decision! The food is incredible. There is a nice variety of small plates and drink specials. We had Shrimp and Grits, Brisket and caramelized onion flat bread and grilled Ceasar Romaine. Another couple in our group had the Wagu Burger and Mussels and raved about their choice! There were other options we wanted to try but will now just go back another time. Their cocktails were also top notch. We highly recommend Sweet Melissa’s. Melissa has put her heart and soul into this place and it shows!!“
