“Food is good but when ya order online and go pick up, it's not as good as it was. Been getting worse lately. Couple items: dont order seasoned fries. They will be in an open cardboard tray. Soggy and cold by the time you get home. You need to order something with cheese on em to be out in a closed container. Dont ask for well done, it will not be. The corn is sorta cold and soggy. Fries are also noted soggy. Wings are slimy inside. I enjoy a well cooked wing. Be sure to check your requested seasonings. Last two orders I received, not even close to the request. It's like they don't read your requests. Last year my orders were spot on. Last 6 mos or so getting consistently wrong. I will have to stay away for a while. $35-40 dollars each visit and it's slightly enjoyable, gonna Charley's for a while.“
