“This is my all time favorite Tropical Smoothie location! It’s always spotless, the service is consistently top notch, and every visit is a great experience. I had the chance to meet Mark, the store manager, and he was incredibly friendly. He made sure everything was perfect and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. I also want to give a shoutout to Adrianna, every time I come in, she’s working with a smile on her face. Her customer service is outstanding, and she always makes customers feel welcome. This is by far, my favorite Tropical Smoothie, and it’s the one I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!“
“My hopes were up to get my favorite avocado smoothie to find out it’s off the menu . There are no to go menus to take to my office. All the tables are stocked and not wiped , the staff just walks by them as if they will clean themselves.“

“I usually place my order online and go through drive thru so this is not referring to the atmosphere. I eat the Pnut paradise daily from all different locations. The young lady who opens the store at this location is always so friendly and makes the best Peanut Paradise shakes across the board!! She deserves recognition!! 👏“

“First of all, I am not sure why there are one-star reviews with no comments. In addition, the comments that bash the restaurant are completely wrong. Makes me believe they just want to complain about something.
I love coming here! Everything is made fresh, staff are friendly, management is friendly, I do not have to wait a long time, I have always been greeted. Never any issues!
If you are on the fence about coming here because of the bad reviews; first, look at the good reviews, then go for yourself and see. They rock!“

“This is by far my favorite Tropical Smoothie location. The food and smoothies are always consistent, which isn't something I can say about every location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and greets you with a smile. I especially appreciate that some of the drive-thru employees remember my usual order, which makes the experience even better. It's the kind of place that starts my morning off on a positive note, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back. Great job to the entire team!“
