“Every time I come to this location the food is great and service is great. Today I walked in for the flip flop free smoothie day and my son and I missed it by two minutes. Instead of telling us we missed it and not giving us smoothies, which they could have done because we were late, they said we just missed it but would give us the smoothies anyways. I greatly appreciate how well the manager handled it. Great customer service!“

“I went through the drive thru and ordered my favorite smoothie, the Chia Banana Boost, along with a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. Adrianna took my order, handed me my food and smoothie, and processed my payment. She was so polite, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. Her customer service was outstanding, It’s always refreshing to be greeted with such a positive attitude. Thank you, Adrianna, for providing such a great experience!“

“I usually place my order online and go through drive thru so this is not referring to the atmosphere. I eat the Pnut paradise daily from all different locations. The young lady who opens the store at this location is always so friendly and makes the best Peanut Paradise shakes across the board!! She deserves recognition!! 👏“

“My hopes were up to get my favorite avocado smoothie to find out it’s off the menu . There are no to go menus to take to my office. All the tables are stocked and not wiped , the staff just walks by them as if they will clean themselves.“

“We are very impressed with our experience at this Tropical yesterday morning. As I walked out to the car our smoothies got top heavy and ended up dropping them. We went back in and expressed what just happened not expecting anything out of it. They helped us on cost of the new smoothies and even came out to help clean it up without making it feel like a burden. Then insisted to help carry the new ones out! 5 star customer service and good smoothies too!! :)“
