We love this restaurant. Tim greets you at the door and thanks you for coming. He's very attentive to all the guests. The interior has been completely redone with a cozy ambiance. The food is spectacular, always something different from the Chef each evening. I had the corn chowder poured over a scallop, fantastic. We celebrated our anniversary dinnner at amber cove and it was truly beautiful. The owner seated us, explained the menu and readily took questions. The owner is clearly a gem and very proud of his chef and the creations they make. We had the short ribs and the grouper special and both were phenomenal. The beet salad to begin with was also delicious. We finished with a delightful dessert surprise served by the Chef himself. It's a treat for sure! We will be back
My Friend recommended Amber Cove. It was wonderful from start to finish. Our party of 4 arrived early, so we had Happy Hour. Our bartender was very engaging and took excellent care of us. The owner took us to our table and explained the menu and his suggestions. Service and food were impeccable. We felt very cared for. Elegant setting with High end service. Highly recommended this restaurant.
